1. a. Tank empty.Refill tank.
b.Obstruction in line or fitting.Clesn obstruction.

2. a. Tighten head assembly.
b.Check for obstructions. If necessary, remove eyewash heads, clean and reassemble. To reassemble head, place cap screw through head and thread into head anchor two or three turns. Tilt head assembly and work anchor legs into eyewash armholes. Tighten assembly. Cheak for leaks.

3.Water leak between joints or fittings.

1. a. Pull hose off fitting. Smooth raised plastic edge on center of fittings.Return hose and hose clamp to original position.
b. Tighten hose clamps with pliers.

Usage:
- Portable press-wash skin & eye wash is not only the essential equipment of labor protection,but also the essential protective facilities against poisonous and corrosive material.It can be used in the field of the chemical industry,semi-conductor,metallurgy,electron and machine,also can be used in outdoor.
- Place anywhere a water supply isn't available--such as outdoor work sites or remote plant locations. Polyethylene construction.
- Specifications: Pull the tray down and a second later corrosion-resistant ABS plastic heads release a steady 15-minute flow. One rugged carrying handles. 16-gal. functional capacity (12-gal. total).
- product should be stored and used between 35F-95F(2C-35C).Use before expiration date.
- Follow instructions on the side of eath bottle.Units with capacities of 6-20 gallons should be mixed with the full 8 ounces contained in eath bottle.It is recommended that the tentative potable water be replaced every 180 days.This procedure may be followed even with weekly 15-second testings.(water consumed in testing,should be replaced with claen patable water.)
Step 1:self dontained eyewash euiqment shall be visually checked to determine if flushing flluid needs to be changed or supplemented.
Step 2:take proper precautions to help prenvent the growth of potentially harmful bacteria in eyewash tanks.we recommend either of the following procedures:
- use sutable bacteriostatic preservative to help prevent the growth of bacteria in eyewash tank.Eyewash tank should be drained ,flushed and refilled with clean potable water and bacteriostatic preservative as directed by the preservative’s manufacturer.
- Drain,flush and refill portable units with clean potable water at least once every week.thoroughly cleanse tank at least once every month.
Note : canthamoeba survive mild chlorination and are commonly found in tap water.Bacteriostatic preservative will prevent the growth of acanthamoeba.Hot water,158°F(70°C) or hotter will destory acanthamoeba but must be allowed to cool prior to use in eyewash units.
