Installation conditions

The rescue is effective within the radius of 10 or 15 meters, with at least three directions of work position, and with visible sign. And without obstacles in the surroundings for quick use.

Installed near the hazardous areas.

Within a radius of 1.5 meters of the composition eyewash, there should be no electric switches to avoid electrical short circuit.

The water supply of the eyewash should be clean tap water or water filtered with appropriate filter medium.

Please follow the product specification for the pipe diameter and connection, to ensure the equipment work correctly.

Installation requirements

Please refer to the installation diagram, wind the pipe joint with sealing tape (PTFE Teflon tape).

When installing the eyewash with a pedal, the height of pedal front from the ground cannot be more than 90 mm.

Please push the valve gently to rinse the eyes, the clean water will spray from the nozzle automatically, and reset the push valve and the dust cover after use.

Please pull down the valve rod to shower other parts of body, the water will spray from the shower head automatically, and reset the rod after use.
